A house sewn together, stitch by stitch.
Residence Dolomieu is being transformed. A complete renovation, an extra floor, new apartments with balconies and, on the ground floor, two workshops: Anita's tailoring atelier and Davide's kitchen. Like a made-to-measure garment, first it is drawn, then it is built. We're showing you the project as it becomes real.

Davide's Kitchen
More than a dinner, a conversation.
At its heart there's no restaurant, but a worktable three metres by one and a half. This is where Davide cooks, teaches and sets the table for guests: contemporary Ladin cuisine, made to be shared.

In Anita's atelier on the ground floor, the tradition of Ladin Tracht meets the cuts and fabrics of today: made-to-measure pieces, small collections, guided visits and workshops for groups of no more than ten.

Le Dolomieu sits in the centre of San Cassiano, right on the pedestrian street. The Alta Badia – Dolomiti Superski lifts are just a few steps away: in winter you set off on skis, in summer in hiking boots or on a bike.
